Funny!  My husband said the only way he'd participate in AMAW was if I made "beef colas".  LMAO  We call them that because the first time I made them years ago, my son couldn't say beef rollups.

Hi Everyone!

Yesterday was day 1 of AMAW-C and I flunked!  I did well all day until evening when my daughter cut open a watermelon and I broke down and had some watermelon, which is definitely not meat!  (At least it wasn't a lot of carbs).  I'm still going to stay on the AMAW-C diet all week, even though I am disqualified since I have a refrigerator full of meat and am all geared up for it.

What I ate yesterday was:  2 scrambled eggs w/ cheese, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, Oiko's zero greek yogurt, moon cheese, hamburger patty (no bun), hot dog (no bun), watermelon, Oiko's zero greek yogurt.  Notice - NO PROTEIN BARS!!!  A huge step for me!

Exercise:  Walking the two dogs, twice because I forgot to bring along a bag and Blossom left a nice pile of poop in front of someone's driveway and I had to walk all the way back to scoop it up!  LOL!

I forgot the QOTD:  Spring is my favorite season!  I don't like the icy Winter, so when it starts to get warm out I get all excited and happy!
