What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Today I'm on a liquid diet so I'm having coffee, coffee, more coffee, then some chicken broth mixed with chicken protein powder, then Gatorade, Miralax and Dulcolax from noon til midnight.
Sigh
The paperwork says I can have popsicles, so I figured today wouldn't be that hard - I practically live on those things. Then this morning I re read the papers and it says "no red, green, blue, orange or purple popsicles"... WHAT???!! I guess I should've read better beforehand so I could've made my own. But I didn't so I'm sure I'll resort to eating ice cubes by the end of the day!

For popsicles? No idea - I've never seen other colors! I suppose I could've bought more sugar free bomb pops and only eaten the middle section - which is my favorite anyway.
The gatorade has the same instructions, and says "Flavors such as lemon lime, and the clear Gatorades are acceptable". I specifically asked about Orange while in office because it's the only one I like, but was told the dyes can color the colon and affect the results.
Koolaid says lemonade, pink lemonade, watermelon and invisible. And jello has to be lemon, pineapple, watermelon or peach.

OMG! I totally forgot about those! I L.O.V.E.D. those as a kid, but totally forgot they existed (my husband HATES anything banana flavored, so I don't stock much of it here)
I have to stop and pick up some additional school supplies this afternoon before I start drinking my "magic potion", so I am going to look for them!
