What's on your Monday Menu, RNYers? AMAW Day 1
on 8/22/16 9:53 am
Thanks. I'm not a Costo member but I consider it now and again...
Today was the first time that I tried the Target brand. It was yummy, but I prefer a lot higher "chicken to mayo ratio", so I'm not sure if I'll buy it again. It's not hard to make at home.

It is not hard to make at home. It's easy if you purchase a rotisserie chicken, shred it, add the mayo/yogurt and whatever else you like to add. I do not like a lot of mayo on my chicken or tuna salad, I prefer making my own chicken salad over buying it, except for the Willow Tree Farms one at the S&S deli, but I don't really purchase that these days.

Agreed. I bought a Buffalo Chicken Salad at the store (premade) the other day, and then I came home and added two entire extra cans of chicken to it before it got to the ratio of mayo I like.
When I make my own at home I add dried cranberries, celery and Bell's seasoning. So yum.

Have a great one!
Good morning friends, feeling a little nauseous since my sirloin for breakfast. It was delicious but I'm not 100% sure I can hack solid protein that early in the morning...I may end up retreating to AMAW-C if I throw up this morning, which I still feel like I may. Tomorrow I will put all my stuff in one pic.

Maybe a more tender piece of beef? I can't hang with sirloin... even prior to WLS. It's just not a tender cut of beef, especially if you eat it anywhere past Medium Rare.
Rib eye, or filet, or tenderloin will cook up so much more tender.
