Hi everyone,

As many of you know I'm a pre-op but still happy to participate in the AMAW-C challenge. Apparently my centre does 1 week of opti per the number of hundred lbs rounded down no matter what. I'm 293 and I don't want to do 3 weeks of opti. Plus I want to try to be as prepared as I can.

So no QOTD for me today.

I had 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast and a protein shake made with Cashew Milk

Chicken breast for lunch

and a pork tenderloin that's been in the crock pot all afternoon for dinner

Hope everyone had a great day

RNY Jan 12, 2017 Lost 137 lbs but regained 60.

77 lbs lost and counting!

Losing the regain! I got this!

Here's mine for today:

S - 11 oz. Premier Protein w/4 oz. Fairlife

B - 1 Jimmy Dean Frittata

L - 2 oz. fish w/tartar sauce & 1 oz. canned carrots

D - 2 oz. beef and cheese patty w/mustard

S - 11 oz. Premier Protein w/4 oz. Fairlife

Was on a walk this afternoon, tripped on uneven pavement, and went down like a fat lady!  Scraped up my right elbow and knee a bit and am having pain in the right side of my chest and general soreness.  Felt like an idiot for falling, but I finished my 30 minutes and felt good about it :)

Wishing everyone a pleasant evening.

Ok, super late poster here, so not a morning person!, yet today I did get up early mostly to go shopping & run errands, it's my only day off since tomorrow I start my nights. Oh the rotating shift., jeez how many years till I can retire?, let me not think about it. lol

Well I'm playing catch up today since I basically ran out the house, had something to drink & 2 spoonfuls of cottage cheese. Been munching on jerky all day. My meals at the end of the day will be:

B Quest protein drink, cottage cheese

L cold cut turkey breast slices wrapped around mozzarella cheese sticks (2)

D Alaskan polluck fish burger & fried calamari with sauce

Snacks Kirkland steak strips jerky, baby bell cheese

Protein 107, Calories 910, Carbs 33, it's probably a little more for the sauce

Lets's do this people! Hooray for meat week!, I'm part of the critter crowd, not giving up my creamer & cheese.

Guys, I was having a mini crisis.  Sitting with my kids hanging ou****ching a little TV and this is the worst time of the day for me.  I got an intense craving for something carby.  OMG, it was so intense I almost screamed.  I am victorious!  Instead of making popcorn, which I really, really wanted, I got myself 1/2 cup plain yogurt with a few tablespoons of salsa and some shredded mozzarella cheese mixed in.  It looks disgusting, but tastes delicious.  Great compromise and I feel like I had a huge win. My stats didn't change much because I skipped half of the deli meat and cheese roll up from earlier.
