What's on your Monday Menu, RNYers? AMAW Day 1
Since AV is missing or slow, and I have a **** ton of stuff to do, I'm starting this off. Forgive me if I jumped the gun, but I gotta go.
I had a bunch of NSVs yesterday. I helped my brother move and I kicked ass. We got over there at 10am and didn't finish with the loading and unloading two huge UHAUL truckloads. At the end of the night I was running up and down the stairs, and everyone else was groaning and moaning about how sore they are. I feel great today, the only thing that hurts is my feet.
But I have to go back today, I promised I'd go and help them clear up some of the extra crap that didn't get moved. They are giving us a shed they just bought 4 months ago and don't want to leave at the house they are moving from. It's a long story about this move, because they rented this house with the option to buy it, but found out after living there for 4 months that the owner wasn't permitted to rent it, and when the city inspectors came in they found so many problems that the owner had to fix. He was pushing them to buy it on land contract, but the foundation under the porch and all the floor joists are rotted. It wasn't obvious when the moved in, so they are rushing to move out and have found a beautiful house in a wonderful neighborhood to house them and their 4 daughters. So, this move comes just 5 months after they moved in.
today is day 1 of AMAW and this is what I'm eating today.
B: 1 egg, 1 ultra thin sharp cheddar and 3oz of turkey sausage. coffee with cream and sf coffeemate
L: Shrimp with ****tail sauce
s: Turkey and sharp cheddar rollup
My totals are rocking
calories 1014 protein 126 carbs 16 (hell yeah) fat 49
I can get behind this menu today! I gotta run and get the baby up and to my MILs so I can go and work at my Brothers today. I will check in a bit later.

I ate a protein bar and some non amaw -c stuff yesterday- stayed within my totals.
So all hell broke loose yesterday. The fridge has been making weird noises since sat, and sunday we needed to run errands at home depot and looked at a new one there that matched our stove (same model) just in case. Last night freezer stopped working and stuff started thawing. Luckily we have a chest freezer in the garage that was NOT full of stuff so was able to move it all over. Then i was worried the fridge part would stop working so was freaking about that. all my AMAW meaty goodness (and yogurt/milk) was going to ruin. Luckily the fridge part works just not he freezer and the new one is coming Thursday. sheesh what a mess. it was almost 11 years old so I suppose it was time- just don't like spending the money and they are soooo expensive!
this is my breakfast this morning 1.5 oz roasted turkey breast and 1.5 roasted chicken thigh with a little salsa condiment.
also had 1/2 tub of carbmaster yogurt with it and my decaf and miralax
I'm sorry you needed to get an new fridge. I LOVE appliance shopping, and I'd love to get a new fridge, but can't justify it because ours is only like 6 years old and works fine. I want one with the freezer on the bottom and that has french doors. Right now I have a side by side and I can't always fit all my stuff in right.
Good Monday morning menu friends!! NSV yesterday I hiked 4.8 miles and I am ecstatic !! My children and husband were so proud of me. My oldest daughter said "just think mama last year you wouldn't have gotten out of the car". That really hit home.
AMAW has started and I am super ready. I think this will help me with my food prepping.

Im hoping I can get all of this in. Breakfast was a very small pouch so we shall see.

Here's my lunch for today: canned chicken breast with mayo and hot wing sauce, beef stick and deli turkey.
