AMAW & AMAW-C participant list - lets get ready for Monday Aug 22nd!

HI MEAT PEOPLE!!! 

Here is our AMAW (9) participants and AMAW-C (28) participant list below, 37 people signed up, this is so awesome everyone!!!

So don't forget:

• If you still want to sign up for AMAW or AMAW-C reply to this post
• Do your grocery shopping and get lots of meat!
• For your own info on Sunday morning take your weight, bust/hips/thighs measurements and record them so you can check if there was any changes 
• Make sure you have some MIRALAX for help in the bathroom department (personally my day does not start until I have a coffee with a capful of Miralax stirred in!!)
• On Monday August 22nd we start the challenge.  Find the "What's on the Menu today RNYers that AngryViking posts and POST YOUR MENU and a PICTURES of your meaty meals!

Challenge starts on Monday August 22nd to Friday August 26th.  I will "crown" a winner of AMAW and AMAW-C on Monday August 29th.

Please have fun with this, please post your menu's and pictures on the daily menu thread and tell us your thoughts, how you feel, and if you are kicking your carbs!
