I seriously have NO IDEA how that first pictures even happened. I wasnt even trying to make my arms look good, I was trying to take a picture before the MUSCLE MAN that was working out came back from his little walk around the gym between sets! lol
Good Morning! Hoping everyone has a fantastic Friday, I am in need of today to be easy peasy because yesterday was not!

Time since surgery: 24 months
B: SF latte, egg beaters with shredded cheese, 2 turkey sausage and 1/3 cup green grapes
L: Grilled chicken salad (this is a guess since I am going out with some coworkers and I don't know where we are going)
S: SF latte, Toasted vanilla coconut L&F Greek yogurt, pork rinds and jerky
D: Spinach crust pizza with pepperoni, some baby carrots and SF jello
E: 45 mins stepper this morning
V/W: On track
