Hi Everyone, my busy season is almost ending. I have barely been able to skim the posts lately. I miss you guys!
Almost the same AMAW-C menu as yesterday, except that I'm not sure what's for dinner. Mesty goodness with Grim, no doubt.
Yesterday went pretty well. I found that I wasn't hungry at all without carbs (I was super super busy, too, which helped), and I never ate the turkey. But dinner at the Mexican restaurant meant there was a big old pile of tortilla chips in front of me. And I ate some... :( Boo.
QOTD: I grew up in the country, currently live in the suburbs, and work in the innermost parts of the city (the parts tourists don't go to). Best of all worlds :)

Anny I love that picture! It was one of my favorites along with the one where you were laughing. QOTD I live in a small rural town with corn and bean fields all around it but we are about 13 minutes away from shopping areas so not bad at all. Post op almost 48 months and weight at 117.2 today. Lily and I have our 3 plus miles walk in already and it's good because it could rain at any time. Here's the food plan B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 1/2 c chicken salad 1/2 c tomato wedges D 31/2 oz ribeye 1/2 c cauliflower S mission one chocolate brownie protein bar.
