So get your butts to the grocery store, get your families involved, get grilling some meat!!
If anyone wants an idea of what an AMAW meat menu looks like:
B: 4 slices of bacon
L: two pork chops
S: 2-3 slices of deli meat of your choice (I love salami dipped in spicy mustard)
D: ribeye steak
S: pepperoni stick or turkey kielbasa
Add in condiments if you want, like bbq sauce on the ribeye. Drink as you normally would, its all about eating meat for meals & snacks!
And a lot of us learned with the first challenge that we needed help going to the bathroom. If you don't already use MIRALAX make sure you start taking it now and you will be fine during meat week.
PM me if you have questions. I am really excited to see pictures of menus next week on the Menu thread!
RNYers, VSGers, DSers, you are ALL welcome to join in the FUN!
Here is a pic of my pork chops I grilled up last night for me & hubby to get us started for AMAW!!!
Happy meat shopping friends!!

Do you guys remember if it was a thread or post where we all shared a "shopping" list in getting ready for meat week? It was a great help to me and others and had great suggestions I had not thought of. I think someone mentioned a meat with Brie cheese? I can't seem to find it but if someone has it, that would be great to share
