Thanks! Got it pinned and will pick up the ingredients this weekend! It'll be nice not to have salmon or chicken on pizza night! I've tried the cauliflower pizza crust pizza but I have little to no self control over that, so I haven't made it again.

My favorite is Heavenly Hash - not a flavor that can be bought in the great state of Texas. I know, I've contacted the companies that make it! That's ONE way to keep me from eating a quart of it each day!
When my kids were 3 & 5, I had a mysterious bruise on my shin for months. The doctor ran all kinds of tests, but everything came back fine. About 6-7 months after the tests, I banged my leg on the dishwasher door and it was an "AH HA!" moment... because the kids were always opening that door and leaving it down, and I banged my leg a couple times a day and never thought about it.
Today my husband cooks dinner and I ran out of salmon fillets last night (my go to when the fam makes spaghetti or something I don't like/want). He makes fried pork chops. I really dislike them, and so I need to find an alternative for myself - he and the kids love them. He uses his granny's recipe which calls for making them with a lot of salt and pepper and very dry, then serving them with cane syrup... YEECH!
B: Yoplait Plenti (Strawberry - my last one! Time to make another run to Dallas!)
L: Egg salad, Munster Cheese, and applesauce
D: ?? I think I have a Veggie burger in the freezer, so maybe that with a slice of muenster melted on top and some green beans and cottage cheese
S: Sugar free popsicles, 1/2 a protein bar and maybe a cheese stick

OK, I love a good fried pork chop, but it has to be fried to just done, and not a minute longer...
Cane syrup???
I now make fried pork chops with pork rinds/almond flour as the breading.... still not the healthiest, but at least they are low carb!

OMG- AV- was it a fear the walking dead image where the son smears the zombie blood all over himself so they dont try to kill him? that had me loling when you said that.
QOTD: hmmm i always liked m&m blizzards, snickers blizzards, or at brusters they had a pecan ball - vanilla rolled in pecans with hot fudge and caramel on the top with cool whip. oh and i liked the brownie sundaes also. i also like smores/rocky road ice cream also. I prefer ice cream with texture like pieces in it.
Here is what I ate yesterday below- did pretty good but 8 months out, starting to WANT more food in evening after dinner. Last night I ate 2 carbmaster yogurts within 2 hours or so- it was 120 calories for both and within my macros, but still... also made chicken/turkey burgers from scratch last night- ended up with 5 of them so i will be eating them the next few days.
