Oh my goodness it takes all kindsof courage to be a foster parent! Good for you. Feeling sad with you and happy for your foster child.

It is okay to cry in front of him. He needs to know how much you love him. This may sound funny. He will always remember how you cared for him.

We hide do many feelings and dust them under the rug. Sometimes it is okay to let them out.

Oh No! And I thought fostering dogs was hard! I'd be a mess too. How old is he? Will the adoptive parents keep in touch with you? What you do is amazing... my heart couldn't handle it!

70 proof wine? Was it a dry wine??? I've not heard of 70 proof wine either... I thought 14% was a good number!

Luckily they are local and promised to b keep in touch.  I'll get to see him again once they have time to settle and bond.  He is almost 4.  I've had him since he was 18months old.  As for wine it was from one of the stores by the moonshine places and they make it there.  I drank it like a 14 hahhaaaa.  Woke up with the glass under my pillow my clothes and shoes still on.  Glad I didn't drink more lol

I'm sorry, but I had to giggle just a little about waking up with the pillow under your pillow... did you bring it to bed with you? 

Awe, I'm happy for the little boy too! He will have a family that adores him and spoils him to the moon and back! And you've given him a great start to life! 

I'm sorry you'll be missing one of your kuds. Here's hoping he is going to be happy and well.

QOTD: Well I used to LOVE me some Ben & Jerry's Phish Food.     I haven't had it in YEARS though.  Other than that I like plain ol' chocolate.  I like soft serve more than I like hard ice cream

16+ months since surgery

M1: 1 packet oatfit cinnamon roll oatmeal, 30g slivered almonds, 18g less sugar craisins

M2: (2) Pepperoni Pizza muffins, 1/2c sauteed broccoli

M3: Dannon L&F Greek toasted coconut yogurt, 30g fiber active bran cereal, (1) HB egg

M4: Dannon L&F crunch chocolate coconut

M5: 3oz homemade pulled pork topped w/ 2 Sargento ultra thin provolone slices

M6: 6oz Fairlife skim milk, 1.5 scoops Syntrax milk chocolate
