I'm on teammysterious leg bruise with you,Kristen. Right now I have a huge one on my left hip from tripping over an exposed root while I was walking Lily the other day. At least this one I know where it came From! Lily and I have our three miles in already today. Post op almost 48 months and weight at 117.4 today. Here's the eats for today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz deli turkey and cheese 1/2 c zoodles D 1/2 c chicken salad 1/2 c zoodles S mission one chocolate brownie protein bar. Oh and QOTD no comment as I dont even want to go there.Have a great day everyone and make some amazing choices!
I drank a glass of wine and didn't realize it was 70 proof! Omg I was stupid drunk and hung over ALL day yesterday. Yuck what the hell kind of wine is that strong?
I too am running around crazy today. One of my foster kids that I've had 2 years got adopted and I'm happy for him but it's super hard and I'm trying not to cry in front of him. He leaves today at 10. Please pray I'm strong.

Oh, I'm so sad for you but super happy for your foster! That's so great for him, but I will definitely keep a good thought for you. That's got to be super hard to see him go.

Stay strong! I am foster parent too, and this is never easy. Happy for him, hard for you. I am very blessed that many of my foster kids have remained in touch with me and I get to be the "fun Auntie" for them and a support person for the parents. Sometimes it works, sometimes not so much. I will pray for you and for your son's forever family today. Wishing you all the Best!
