Gosh, I've seen my surgeon almost every 3 months.  Only once was just the PA.

I see my surgeon at every appointment.  I did before I started having my GERD issues, so I think for his practice, it's standard protocol.  He has a NP that you will often see first, and he works out of a teaching hospital, so every visit also includes a visit with the Fellow, but I see him every single time.

Good Morning! So I am taking a poll (an un-official QOTD). The other morning Em mentioned that she woke up twice the night before and said "so I woke up at 10:32 and 4:27..blah blah blah") and John looks at her and said "why do you look at the clock when you wake up in the middle of the night"? I look at him like he is the crazy one...who doesn't look at the clock when they wake up in the middle of the night?!?! What do you all do?

QOTD: I def. think acts of service followed by physical touch.

Time since surgery: 24 months

B: SF latte, egg beaters with shredded cheese, 2 turkey sausage links and ½ a pear

L: Bananas and cream protein shake with powdered PB2 with chocolate

S: SF latte, Strawberry L&F Greek yogurt, pork rinds and pepperoni stick

D: Sweet and spicy tuna packet, string cheese, some baby carrots and SF jello

E: 45 mins stepper this morning and elliptical at lunch

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1692 Protein:145 Carbs:73 Fat:32

I always look at the clock, to see how much "sleep time" I have left.

My alarm clock is like CRAZY BRIGHT, and I have to turn it around at night or it will keep me awake.  So I tend to not look at it when I wake up.  But I will look at my fitbit to see what time it is if I wake up.

I mean what if you wake up like 2 minutes before your alarm goes off?  OR how will you keep track of just how much sleep you missed out on??? HAHAHA

YES! If I see it's less than 10 mins before my alarm is going to go off I get out of bed to avoid the alarm waking up my hubby. I tease him that I love him that much even in my sleep :)

Last night I woke up at 12:07 and 2:50... dog woke me up at 5:25 (5 minutes before my alarm, damnit!)...

I think that answers your question! 

I think I need to know how much more sleep I get!

Yep. I look at the clock and calculate in my head how many hours or minutes I have left.
