What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning!
QOTD: I enjoy doing things for the people I love, and quality time and words are right up there too. Gifts and touch occur more often in intimate relationahips. I try to express my love in ways the recipient understands best: some people recognize the acts of service and/or appreciate the shared time, and some need to hear the words.
B: ham
L: salmon and avocado
D: roast beef and cherry tomatoes
S: zuchiini, berries, chicken nibbler
Cal-869, carbs-46, protein-93
Exactly! You (not you specifically, lol...the general 'you') need to understand how the other person in a relationship wants to receive love. It's all about the communication.
Hi Everyone!
QOTD: I don't have a significant other so I had to think how I express love to my daughter. I think it's quality time and words of affirmation. I love spending time with her and we tell each other "I love you" often. When we go to bed we always say to each other, "Night night, love you, sweet dreams, infinity hugs and kisses, love you very much, see you in the morning!" She always tells me "Bye, love you!" whenever she leaves the house. I am so blessed to have such a sweet daughter!
What I ate yesterday was: a Clif protein bar, lettuce, tomato, bacon & cheese salad, 14 almonds, moon cheese, meatballs, mixed vegetables and a Clif protein bar.
Exercise was: Walking my two dogs.
Have a great day everyone!

QOTD: I would have to say physical touch. I am a very touchy feely, hand holding, must hug type of person!!
