I have my scale in the closet (it's an old doctor scale I bought back in the 80's) and staying away from it. *&%#?!~

Dinner - roasted chicken and 1/2 fresh veggies
Gym - Insanity (I don't jump so I only calc 50% of cals burned)

I didn't feel good today really tired. I went back to sleep after I had my breakfast until 1:30 pm. I'm feeling a little better now.

L hickory smoke tuna pouch, baby carrots, and mission one protein bar brownie kind, not my favorite
D corned beef, cabbage and half of my cooked baby carrots.
S light and fit Greek yogurt with chia seeds and apple
