Happy Wednesday. LOL, Kristen . . . I can't judge your weird breakfast, because I was your breakfast twin (except for the oatmeal bread . . . I'm still on "no bread".) Sliced turkey and string cheese is one of my favorites. Only problem is I eat it too fast. So, everything I eat is still making me feel pukey. It hits about 20 minutes after i eat. I've dropped my volume waaaayyyyy down in the hopes that I was just pushing too much food, but no . . . it didn't help. I'm beginning to think (a) I have a bug and it's not related to my surgery at all; or (b) it's all in my head. I mean seriously, how is it possible that EVERY THING I EAT is making me sick???? I'll just keep experimenting, downing zofran and lactaid and hope that it clears up soon.
KQOTD: Definitely Acts of Service.
Plan:
B: 2.22 oz deli turkey and a string cheese
L: 2.3 oz leftover NY strip steak and if I get my butt off of my chair and walk across the street, edamame (If I add edamame, I'll cut the meat down to under 2 oz)
D: Unknown. I'm meeting a friend tonight who wanted to do a belated birthday dinner for me. I told her it may not be a good idea, given that nausea is my new best friend, but I'm meeting her anyway.
S: Skinny vanilla latte (although I should have made it caramel since it's in short supply )
Totals: Cal (without dinner) 439; Protein: 52g; Fat: 13g; Carbs: 26g

Hi Gang, super fast fly by post. Work is kicking my butt and every time I go to post someone comes to my desk with the line "I know you are busy but..." And yesterday my workplace was blocking OH, it randomly does that every now and then.
So.... will post pics and tell my tale of my fantastic OH meet with this past weekend with Cynthia (NYMom222) on Friday for photo Friday.
Deanna has requested an AMAW for next week. YES Gang, let's do this!! I just posted back to her I am happy to run it again or she can do it if she is up for the challenge, either way, get your grocery shopping in people its ALL MEAT ALL WEEK next week Monday Aug 22nd!
QOTD: I am kind of them all equally I think, but I would choose words of affirmation first, acts of service second and physical touch third. I would love to say I am good at quality time but my family is so far from me that face to face quality time does not happen as much as I would like, so there is a lot of texts and emails that happen daily.
Time since surgery 2 years and 9 months (where does the time go???)
B: coffee with miralax, and I caved people, I have some serious PMS happening so I had half a sesame bagel with egge & cheese on it and it was pretty delicious!!
L: can of tuna over salad greens and balsamic dressing
S: two swiss babybel cheese
D: 2 (small) pork chops with bbq sauce
S: Power Crunch Protein Bar - Chocolate Mint flavour - Cynthia turned me on to these, and OMG they are AMAZING!!!
Totals: 1047 calories, 99 protein, 42 carbs, 56 fat
Vits done, calcium on alarms - OH I ordered Vitamin Patches from PatchMD can't wait to have those instead of a handful of vits each day!
E: dunno... I need to get a run in, have been feeling tired so "plan" is to go to the gym for a run, fingers crossed I make it LOL
Happy Hump day friends!!
