In desperate need of a AMAW! Daisy, where are you?
Well, I think it could. I have issues with carbs. If I eat starch or carbs, it makes me want more. It was like this before surgery, too. So cutting out the carbs and eating protein forward could be a good way to get out of the carb craving cycle and going low carb/high protein. So, doing it pre-op can work as well. Plus, you can eat lots of yummy meat!
Yes, you can do it one of two ways. All meat, all week. that is straight AMAW or you can do ACAW, all critter all week. Critter includes eggs and dairy and condiments for those who need a touch of mayo, mustard or ketchup to get the meat down.
I've always done critter, and I want to go straight AMAW this time, but I will be having my sugar free creamer in my coffee.
Coffee and zero calories drinks are included in all of the choices.
I guess I'm going to go ACAW, because I need cheese, too.
