Also, I started the Patch MD vitamin patches in December.  My yearly labs were awesome a few weeks ago.  My nut and dr were very impressed.  You could always give them a try...

I could try those, but really, I am SO CHEAP...I don't know if I could do it! lol

They have a 40% coupon code PMDK right now.  I find them to be much cheaper than Opurity or Celebrate.

I take (2) generic centrum under 50, (4) Kirkland calcium pills, (1) Vitron-C, and (1) B12 every other day now.  I will look into the patches I guess.

I feel like I need to know more about this pepperoni pizza cupcake....a picture? a recipe? please!
