What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Good Morning AV,
There is no way in hell my dog would live outside. They are suppose to be part of the family not a back yard plant you water, feed and look at from time to time. Imagine what he is thinking and feeling. He was part of the family and now he is being put in a doghouse? I would go ape sh** angry. How big is that dog house? Big enough for your husband? Good Luck!

He doesn't live outside! LOL He's outside during the day for the time that we are harvesting the honey. And now he has a little house out there, too. The house is pretty sweet, actually. I should take a pic for photo Friday! It has roof shingles and everything.
Good morning and happy Tuesday. The nausea that started last week has continued on and it's making me so angry (see what I did there, Kristen??) Actually, it's just making me sad, since I never had any problems before. Last night it was dinner that didn't agree with me. I made spinach/artichoke chicken, measured out my portion and it was ok going down, but 20-30 minutes later the nausea hit. Unfortunately, I was out trying to run a few errands. Needless to say, I turned the car around and headed home. I haven't been sick yet, but I'm cutting it close. They sent me home with zofran, so I think those little pills are going to be my friend for the next few days.
KQOTD: I was angry every single day my houseguests were there. I've never encountered a bigger bunch of slobs. I'm not going to say I keep my house spotless (with a siberian husky and all wood floors, it's impossible), but I've never encountered a bigger group of slobs in my life. I think the youngest showered with the shower door open so the bathroom was a sopping mess every single day. I would go into my car, start driving and just yell like a mad woman. I'm sure I got a few looks from other drivers. Don't care . . . needed to get it out without going off on my guests . . . the bed and breakfast is CLOSED (unless any of you want to come and visit!!) Or we can go with yesterday when I was told that Starbucks is discontinuing their sugar free caramel and sugar free cinnamon dolce syrups. WTH???? SF people want choices!!!!
Here's my plan:
B: Cottage cheese (4oz) and sugar free strawberry jam; Skinny mocha with caramel (thanks for the recommendation, Nikki!)
L: a total question mark. Last night before I got sick, I packaged up a serving of the artichoke chicken. Now, I'm not sure if I want it. I have deli turkey and string cheese or left over steak (yesterday's lunch that I didn't feel like eating)
D: New York strip, asian salad
S: depends on lunch the turkey is listed as a snack in MFP with the leftover chicken as lunch.

I've done the morning commute primal scream therapy more than once. LOL And I would never have lasted as long as you with that many house guests for that long. Hell, if someone's at my house for more than a few hours I get all twitchy. LMAO
QOTD: can't recall last time I was super angry-- Im a calm person and it takes a lot to ruffle my feathers. I'm More of a 'seriously-- you must be kidding me' type them to get upset.
I'm having a real F-it kind of day. nothing happened- just tired of being on top of it all. It's sort or reflects in my eating...
m1: two eggs, 1/3 c turkey sausage crumbles, 1 pancake
m2: protein shake
m3: chicken cheesesteak fillings
m4: fish
