I have not lost weight in over a month. I hate to say it but I'm extremely discouraged and about to give up. I don't say that lightly, I've worked hard for this but I'm just not sure what's going on. From my research I probably should have lost close to 100 lbs by now.
If you gave us more information, maybe we could offer some advice. How many calories do you eat in a day? How much protein, fat, carbs, water? What is your activity level?

M1 -24; M2 -21; M3 -19; M4 -21; M5 -13; M6 -21; M7 -10; M8 -16; M9 -10; M10 -8; M11 -6; M12 -5.
Carbs are under 50 per day
Water is at least 64 oz per day (no trouble getting it in)
Only use Stevia for sweetner
Exercise 5 times per week 20-30 minutes per day.
Protein is 62 gms per day (mostly from cottage cheese, chicken, triple zero yogurt and some beef.)
I have bern told by my dietician not to really count fat/calories as long as they're not excessive.
It's all about the calories. If you don't coubt them, how do you know they're not excessive.
For me, stalling for a month would be all the incentive I needed to start weighing and logging everything, and watching calories closely.

I have learned to watch the calories and carbs and change it for both eating and workouts
My last month saw only a few lbs loss and after upping my workout some, dropping my carbs some the scale started to move again.
Funny how quickly the body adapts to stagnent patterns and goes into maintenance mode.
Also watch your strength go up and size reduce as part of improvement. The scale is not always the sole measure of success.
I'm certainly no expert at 11-1/2 weeks post-op, but I would say that you definitely need to count your calories, and probably increase your activity level. It's all about calories in and calories out -- you have to burn more than you eat! I find that exercise is the key for me.

So how would you give up? You've had major body modification. There's no giving up, unless you mean eating cake and drinking 700 calories milkshakes!
Change up your diet. Get an MFP account and log everything that passes your lips. Change your exercise routine ...
A stall is not the end of the world. You can do this!!!
