I have to share - today I comfortably wore an old pair of jeans that have been waiting for me to fit back in to them for the past eight years! It felt wonderful to not only put them on, but to be able to go out without being self conscious of the way they (didn't) fit. Feeling fabulous!

Congratulations. That is a great NSVs. They keep us going when the scale doesn't always move.

I had my own NSV yesterday. For years I have been going to a water aerobics class. One stretching exercise we always do is to try to touch our knee to our chin. Prior to my surgery they were at least 12 inches apart. Yesterday for the first time, I was able to touch my knee to my chin. YESSIREE!
