Need advice

I had gastric bypass on july 25 2016 and a week later i was back in the hospital with an intestinal obstruction. I had surgery for that was sent home and everything was going good until 4 days ago i sneezed and felt like my insides were ripped out. I have constant left side pain were my stomach is and underneath as well and it goes to ythe left side of my back as well. Does anybody have any advice? Has this happened To anyone outhere?

I would call your surgeon. Don't second guess these things. 

Call your surgeon. The chances of you sneezing and causing damages are minuscule but since you had a complication already I wouldn't play around.
