What's on your Saturday Menu, RNYers?
Happy Saturday! A little late posting since we wanted to get grocery and Costco shopping done before it gets too hot.
QOTD: I prefer colder weather but have only lived in a snowy area for a year.
Menu for today: breakfast was a latte and I'm drinking my shake now, lunch sweet and spicy tuna packet, baby carrots and SF jello, snacks will be latte, jerky, yogurt and prom rinds, dinner is up in the air for now because I think we going to go out. Vits and water on track and got my run in this morning.
Hope you all have a great day!
Hi JB!
i hope you enjoy your activities today. I worked from 6am to 2--boo! Got home and tidied the house up, and ironed for next week. We're headed to something hubby has been geeked out over seeing. Apparently the church of ladder day saints is opening their doors for people to see the building. I guess it must be something special... Shrug.
qotd: neither hot or cold- I don't like extremes. Cool or warm is ok with me.

I am in the desert at a nice 113 degrees, but it is lovely in the pool. This is about an hour or so from my house, but it always feels like vacation. Happy to spend time with a friend and relax. B protein shake, L just ate my leftover Butterfish from dinner, which was delcious, heading to a steakhouse tonight. We are planning to share a mixed grill plate if they have it, so steak, shrimp, and scallops. Heading back to the pool now. Late afternoon into evening is the best time. Dinner reservations aren't until 8, so I can enjoy my favorite time of day outside. Have a great weekend.

Good evening guys.
We're on vacation at the beach this weekend. Today was much cooler than i had hoped. It got up to 79 degrees, but it's been mostly overcast, so with the wind it was pretty chilly.
That doesn't keep me from enjoying the water. My kiddo had a blast running in the waves.
Today i ate a yogurt along with my regular breakfast, since I've been up since 3am worth a nasty kink in my back. Then for lunch i had deli meat on a low carb wrap. I snaked on an Asian pear, and a feta cucumber salad. I just finished dinner where o had Monterey chicken worth cauliflower au gratin.
No totals yet, bit will finish mfp here soon. Here's some pics from my day:
Posting really late as we just got home from the cowboy shoot where I kept score for the shooters. We took the new RV so we could road test it and it is such a comfortable ride it is amazing. Here's what I ate today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz deli turkey and cheese D chicken taco salad S mission one chocolate brownie protein bar. Hope everyone had a great day and see you tomorrow!
