Adding a photo

Can someone help me add a photo as my profile pic? Im trying everything

Just click on your name and then the picture silhouette. It will ask if you want to add a picture. 

It won't work :(

Search for avatar.  Someone posted instructions over the last week on how to do it (your avatar can be your photo as it is for me).
