What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
Posting late as I had to do fasting labs for my 4 year appointment in a couple weeks then I had a rheumatologist appointment in St Louis and just got home. Did manage to take a picture of my outfit to follow. Lily and I got up at 5 am and did get in our 3 miles before the day started though so that is done. Post op almost 48 months. Weight today 117.2 but 120 dressed. Here's the eats B oats from McDs with protein powder added L 1 c chili with cheese D 31/2 oz parmesean crusted cod 1/2 c zoodles sautéed with garlic S mission one chocolate brownie protein bar. Plans for the weekend are a cowboy shoot tomorrow and finishing organizing the new camper. Have a great day everyone and make some amazing choices!

Never have I been so glad for a week to be over. It ended with Jim's birthday yesterday. I was O****il the end of the day. That being said, I got through this week and really didn't eat bad and got back to the gym. My game plan is to replace one sad thing with something that makes me happy and eventually there has to be more happy than sad. Maybe this is why everyone says give it a year.
Here is a great picture of Jim. He loved to eat out. LOL And I get to baby sit my little grandson tonight. His name is Logan. I love this photo, it reminds me to look at life through their eyes and the wonder and happiness will never end!
