call me crazy (I'm used to it)
I used to be anti soup... then last winter, I started making bread bowls and that lead to soup for dinner a couple times a month. Then I started preparing them in anticipation of my liquid diet, once a week... then I was hooked.
And I made chili last week... just couldn't hold out any longer!

Go get a small chilli from Wendy's! Freeze half- and it will satisfy your craving without yu having to cook. :)
By the way - as you know I'm pre-op so I have no idea how much chili would be appropriate.
Having said all that - I am definitely a summer girl and I don't want fall to come yet.
RNY Jan 12, 2017 Lost 137 lbs but regained 60.
77 lbs lost and counting!
Losing the regain! I got this!
Well, since I have met you, I would call you the good kind of crazy!
That being said, every season is chili season! I just proportioned beanless chili and a diced up hot dog for lunches this week! Yum
I am torn with this one. When I was a much larger version of myself I used to love the fall as it meant I did not sweat profusely when outdoors ( just thinking of doing something I would sweat). I still love the fall though. The crisp, fresh air and the beauty of the Adirondacks and the Green Mountains when the leaves are changing is a beautiful site. I am no fan of winter though....LOL...
Like you there are certain things I won't make in the warm weather (IE chili, beef stew etc). I can wait for fall to get here because I know that's the season of he pumpkin muffin at Dunkin donuts- and it will be a daily battle to resist the urge of buying one.
