What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
MENU!
B: coffee, courtesy of the Nice N Easy, Light & Fit Greek Crunch caramel fudge pretzel. This yogurt is my new obsesh. So good.
S: HB egg and 2 slices of turkey bacon leftover from last night. Fun fact: the first bacon my son ever had was the Oscar Meyer turkey bacon, which happens to be my favorite. He will not eat pork bacon. He's like, "This isn't real bacon!". LMAO
L: Buddig honey roasted turkey pouch on an Aldi skinny sandwich thin with 1.3 oz. of sharp cheddar. You know I weighed that **** If I have room, there will be cucumbers. Huzzah!
D: chicken sausage stuffed banana peppers. Awww, yeah. I love farm stand season.

Busy day today so just posting now and will read later. Lily and I did our three miles early at 545 am. Now I am in the midst of laundry and getting ready to cook senior meal uptown. Camping was great. Friday night and Saturday nights we were reminded why we go during the week as it was very noisy with lots of kids around. Sunday and Monday nights were nice and quiet. Lily and I walked and walked. Post op 47.5 months and weight at 117 today. Friday we signed papers, got a loan and bought a newer camper a 2010 Melbourne by Jayco. It was owned by an older gentleman who took beautiful care of it and rarely used it. Very low mileage, heated holding tanks so we can camp later in the year and much more drive able long distance. The kitchen and appliances are nicer than the ones in my kitchen here at Home! Rather sad but True! So yesterday hubby stopped at an RV dealer on the way home from camping to see if they would be interested in the Old one. Made us an offer for more than we expected so we brought it home and cleaned it out last night. We take it up to them today and get the check. Much easier than we Expected! Here's the food plan for today. B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz Salisbury steak 1/2 green beans D 31/2 oz tilapia 1/2 c beets S mission one chocolate chip cookie protein bar. Out of Here! Have a great day everyone and make some smart choices! QOTD roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon!

I hate storms. I have used bottled water to wash my hair.
Favorite veggie. I don't think I have one. I love summer squash. Salad not so much of a fan anymore. Once in a while maybe.
B:Coffee Quest protein bar and half a banana
L:Insides of a taco
D:Steak and some grilled zucchini
Walk is done. It was like walking in a trash bag today with it being so sticky. I felt gross.
Enjoy the day
Morning!! Status quo here- nothing interesting to report...
QOTD- Broccoli if my favorite vegetable. I can only do fresh veggies steamed- not raw, or frozen then steamed-- yuck!

Oh my LAWD. The office manager just handed me a giant gooey chocolate cupcake for my birthday. It's sitting on my desk and calling me names.
