Good Morning Everyone!
QOTD: Avocado, Broccoli, Peas, Corn, Tomatoes.
What I ate yesterday: Clif protein bar, cashews, egg salad, baked cheese, pizza toppings (no crust), sugar-free pudding, frozen yogurt & Clif protein bar.
Exercise: It was too hot to walk the dogs, but I walked around a lot at Walmart and other stores, running errands.

Good Morning! Hope your day gets better. I have many emails to follow up after being out the last two days and a few "not so nice" meetings to have with some of my employees.

B: SF latte, egg beaters with shredded cheese, 2 turkey sausage links and ½ an orange
L: Bananas and cream protein shake with powdered PB2 with chocolate
S: SF latte, Toasted vanilla coconut L&F Greek yogurt, pork rinds and jerky
D: Jalapeno and Monterey jack chicken sausage, ¼ cup FF cottage cheese, and SF jello
E: 45 mins stepper this morning and elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track
