Ooooo, roasted Brussels sprouts. Good one. And last night I caramelized some onions for our cheese omelet brinner. Delish.
I love roasted brussel sprouts... but I had two the other night, and apparently my pouch disagrees with my choices...

QOTD: hmm. I love tomatoes (fruit!) and also miss a good salad. I know I will be able to eat salad again someday, but right now I just can't fit it in and get my protein. I do eat a few bites of green beans when I make them.
B- irish tea without CREAMER (no good, must stop for creamer today) & chick fila chicken breakfast filet (2/3)
L- gonna be qdoba chicken and pico, guac and sour cream. I just couldn't get motivated to pack it today
D- more chicken (imagine that!), bacon and alfredo sauce, maybe a few pieces of zucchini

Good morning AV - sorry to hear your day is off to a crappy start, I am the type that allows my day to be shaped by how it starts at times, so I am hoping that your day gets better.
I was up bright and early and my shoulder was killing me so I hopped in the Hot Tub to start my day. Relaxing and made me think twice about coming to work, though I am off Friday and all of next week...Yay!
QOTD - Veggies - I love em. My favorite is zucchini as I love to make zoodles , sautéed with garlic and olive oil. Cukes and Tomatoes come in a close second, I have been thinking about having a toasted sandwich thin and tomato sandwich in the near future!
