What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning. Late post for me, but I had court this morning. Because I wasn't in a planning mood last night when I got home from the gym and because it was a very early morning for me . . . I have a fear of being late for court and LA traffic sucks, so I leave my house 3 hours before my appearance time . . . my menu sucks. I mean, I've got nothing planned. I threw leftover ribeye in my bag but other than that, I've got nothing . . . sigh.
KQOTD: I LOVE all veggies . . . but my favorite has got to be roasted Brussels sprouts. Without a doubt.
Here's my non-existent plan for what it's worth
B: scrambled eggs with cheese (2 medium eggs 1 oz cheddar), brought with me in the car and I ate it as soon as I got to the courthouse
L: Rib eye (3.1 oz)
D: ???
S: latte, ????
No totals . . . .
Hi AV,
Sorry to hear about the storms and loss of power. You may not believe this but I miss storms. Here in NoCal if we get rain it's a miracle and if we get lightening it makes the news. I still have not heard thunder But losing powers stinks. We lost power once in IL and ComEd took so long we lost everything in the freezer and fridge. Sending even if you have not showered LOL
I went to an intensity class last night at the gym and let's just say it was mostly jumping so this girl was doing the can can kicks
Breakfast - protein drink
Snack - cheese
Lunch - 4 ounces canned chicken breast
Snack - pear
Dinner - Salad with grilled salmon

Good afternoon AV.
You all keep getting all the storms and rain! All the rain and storms keep going below us and we desperately need some rain. We got a few sprinkles this morning and that was it so far today. I am surprised they haven't declared a drought in our county yet. I hear it is suppose to be a warm and dry Fall also. We also have a well and have started being extra careful about usage.
I have been MIA for way to long. I am just been very busy with all the extra energy that I have now! Hard to believe it has been 3 months since surgery and down over 68 lbs. so far! I have been doing a lot of canning and am working on 2 truck loads of lumber that need all the nails and screws removed.....using it for some of my DIY projects. Going downstate to the Elmira/Binghamton area next week to spend some time with my Mom (she lives just over the PA border) while she is having surgery to remove a small mass in her uterus. Thank the Lord it is non-cancerous! Hoping to bring her home with me for awhile to recoup and relax...with the dr's ok. Bless her heart she will be 89 years old soon and still does her gardening and canning...she is my hero!
QOTD: My favorite veggie is green beans.
