Pre-Op on August 15, 2016

I have my pre-op apt in Ottawa on August 15.  Can anyone tell me what will be happening at this appointment.  I'm getting my RnY on September.  I can't wait but getting nervous as well!

Isn't this where you get your opti? or do you already have it? The Ontario Forum might have more info. :)
