My dog gets top billing too! My friend's daughter was starting a new school. She had met another friend's daughter who was a year ahead of her and had been at the school for a year already at my house over the summer, but it was more of a passing thing. Well the first week of school they ran into each other and it was one of those "you look so familiar" things. They started talking, trying to figure it out when one of them said "Do you know Nikolai (my dog)?" As soon as she said that, they realized that they had met at my house. It wasn't do you know Stacy? or Is you mom friend's with Stacy? Nope, it was "Do you know Nikolai."

Good Morning! Happy Tuesday, today I am just spending some time with Em and making sure she has all he last minute stuff she needs for Friday's first day of school (well half day).

QOTD: Gymnastics during the summer and figure skating during the winter.

Time since surgery: 23 months

B: SF latte, Bananas and cream protein shake with powdered PB2 with chocolate

L: TBD

S: SF latte, Toasted coconut vanilla L&F Greek yogurt, pork rinds and jerky

D: Jalapeno and Monterey jack cheese chicken sausage, FF cottage chhese and SF jello

E: 6 mile run this morning

V/W: On track

Morning all! Sorry I missed yesterday. Was traveling to DC to see Surgeon. It has been an interesting 2 weeks let's say.... The details too bloody scary to share on a food forum.

Thinking of the quote this morning about ---I've always relied on the kindness of strangers---- feeling blessed by the kindness of everyone here... Think I'll keep you in suspense as to my surprise visitor this weekend....as well as another amazing act of kindness. Awesome pics will be posted...
