Costco Rotisserie Chicken or not?

Shortly after tasting (and not enjoying, not one bit) my first lobster tail, someone referred to them as "****roaches of the sea".

Now, I'm unable to eat any kind of shellfish... even the thought makes me gag. Except for pre-peeled shrimp. But that's kinda rare, because I still get a visual

I get them from Shoprite - and get my protein in. I can even get a package of the chicken breast pulled off the rotisse breast for 6.49 a pound. I usually live on it, but I have to go low sodium for awhile during the summer.

Broken record here. Portion control. We have our own chicken , beef and totally organic fruits and veggies but a 'piece' of rotisserie chicken is a treat
