What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning fellow menuers! This weekend was amazing. We went to the mountains and walked and hiked and just relaxed. It felt so good.
QOTD- My exercise of choice is Zumba. I love it and I don't care how I look doing it. I just keep right on with my flab shaking and do my thing. And I walk everyday.

Hi! Ah, I'm still in the midst of the Palooza. I've been sufficiently Paloozed... Grim hand made me the most beautiful inlaid jewelry box. I'll post pics tomorrow. As mom said this morning: "he's a keeper, huh?". Yep. I'm keeping him.
Another day with the menu up in the air (and a day off work!). This is so wrong but I'm back down to my low weight of 114 today after eating all sorts of crap this weekend. I'm thanking my renewed commitment to exercise because LORD KNOWS it's not from my food choices! Actually I have to say, I'm really happy that I can have these little indulgences and keep them to small bites. I think that's the saving grace in maintenance.
Can't wait for honey and to see you in Ithaca!
