Calcium Citrate
The ASMBS says 1500-2000 per day in doses of not more than 500 each.
I had to increase mine to 2500, as I was becoming deficient.
6'3" tall, male.
Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.

I am taking 2000. 4 Bariatric Advantage chewables split up during the day... although I am just about out of those, so I've bought the Celebrate chewables. Someone on here suggested those as they are lower in calories...
I think my plan only calls for 1500, but as a woman in her 50's I know I can use the extra, and unless I am high on my blood panels, then I'm going to take the little extra.

On a related topic - I am having trouble finding Calcium Citrate at the pharmacy. Can anyone recommend a brand and where to find it (Walgreens, CVS, GNC)??
Thanks!
