So glad you had fun, love the pics!

QOTD: Since last October I have been using Beach Body DVDs. I love the roll out of bed, do it and done. Mostly 21-day-fix. Didn't like 21 day extreme...also have done 22-min hard corp, and Cize dance.

Still in recovery mode...had a fever last night, so am watching it to make sure it doesn't come back.

Still having hard time eating enough...and weight creeping down...people have brought me food but am really having a hard time getting in much at a time. A little while ago all I could handle was 2 oz chicken and 1/4 cup mac and cheese made with low carb pasta someone had brought me.

I feel like a dog, I am eating a tsp of Peanut butter 6x a day- each time I take my antibiotic, just to protect my stomach...LOL

A friend is on the way now bringing me panera- I am going to eat a half a sandwich with bread...ham and swiss on rye. Woo!

I can't even write a menu ...my goal is 2000 calories and at least 125g protein. and getting as much of that protein as I can from real food...

I have started doing My fitness pal to make sure I am eating enough. Turn of events, huh?

Good day folks! I love reading about your and Grim's adventures JB-- they seem so sophisticated!

We are heading home tonight- will sightsee today in Fort Lauderdale. We weren't able to spend much time with my brother because his wife ended up in the hospital, we just visited with her briefly. And then we got wind that my Aunt is on a ventilator and will likely pass when removed from the ventilator. So lots of mixed emotions for me right now. -- hard for me to celebrate that this morning I hit onderland.

QOTD: I love my exercise routine. I rotate a combination of the following: run 3.5 miles, the 30 minute circuit training routine at planet fitness, stair stepper, elliptical, bike and weights. I exercise 4x a week, for 50 minutes. I mix and match these, rarely doing the same routine, duration/intensity. I love my routine. The stair stepper is my nemesis-- who the hell thought mimicking walking upstairs was a good idea? But if you want to sweat-- it's definetley the workout to choose!
