What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
Pork rinds are my to go crunchy snack. But..as you noticed - a little goes a long way. I can eat 3/4 of a serving and be full. And that's 8 year old pouch... They are not to be eaten without measuring first.

Funny you mentioned carrots - until just recently - raw carrots were "no go" 1-2 baby carrots would be ok., more than that - no matter if I chew it , shred it, etc- would always come back...This year- I can eat them... for now...

I do well with pork rinds, even this early out... but I only eat 3-4 of them. Hard to weigh those suckers though! hahaha!

I sat down to watch a movie with a bag of pork rinds and realized I'd eaten nearly the entire bag ( I hate having a large unusual pouch ) so ill definatlely have to measure some out next time ... I love the sweet heat bbq

Good morning AV. Today is day one of trying to up my planned menu and I'm already having a hard time. I tried to eat 2 eggs, 3 slices of bacon and a slice of velveeta for breakfast and couldn't get it all in. I ate 1 egg, 2 slices of bacon and 3/4 of a piece of cheese. I was sneezing like made just getting that in. WTF?
KQOTD To be honest, at the end of my obese lifestyle, I couldn't even shave my legs anymore. I carried most of my weight around the middle and couldn't reach. I was starting to have a hard time reaching my ass to clean myself, so it's a good thing that I had surgery. Now that I'm able to shave, I shave everyday. I rarely cut myself now, so I don't know what you're doing wrong. Maybe slow it down a bit? LOL. Active botanicals is probably code word for some sort of added plant product? it could be anything and they use it to sound fancy. sheesh.
1 year since surgery
B: 1 eggs, 3/4 slice of cheese and 2 slices of center cut bacon. A light and fit yogurt in a few minutes. coffee with cream and sf coffeemate
L: tuna with mayo on 1/2 a flat out wrap
D: shrimp on a green salad with skinny girl salad dressing
S: Light and Fit greek yogurt. light cheese stick and 2oz of roast beef deli meat. Quest protein drink made with almond milk
totals
calories 1116 protein 145 carbs 52 fat 39
I'm trying to control my eating so I'm upping my planned calories for a bit to curb the off plan eating. I am getting this many calories a day anyway, but they aren't as healthy, so I'm hoping to keep it protein forward and skip the unhealthy off plan eating.
I can't eat more than one egg at a time, even now. I'm still a fat girl, so sometimes I'll make 2, but I just listen to my pouch. When she says I'm done, I'm done. The dog (Sir Fatty McSnacks-a-lot) definitely benefits from my 'eyes are bigger than my stomach' mentality.

Morning all. Another busy day. Last day working until my epic Birthday-Palooza weekend begins! I've just got to make it through the next 10 or so hours and FOCUS. So much to do!
My menu is kind of a mess. I was running late and threw one of everything from the fridge into a lunch bag and ran out the door. I have no idea what I brought or how it will add up in MFP. Oy.
I think you are buying the wrong razors, girl! None of those cheap CVS ones. Invest in a good one and I think you'll be happier. I've been nick free since I bought a grown up razor.
My pic is of me this morning in a new Stich Fix blouse. Love it.
