Hi Sheriberi,
Thanks! Yes, I measured her before I buried her and she was 9" long! She was only about half that size when we found her.
Mr. Cheese O's are a high protein cheese snack that has cheese, quinoa and oat bran in them. They are crunchy and very good! 20 pieces have 10 gr. protein, 150 calories and only 6 gr. carbs.
Moon Cheese is puffed cheese that is crunchy and very good! 14 pieces have 10 gr. protein, 140 calories and only 2 gr. carbs.
I get them from www.netrition.com. I think you can also buy them on Amazon.

Sounds like you racked up!! Where are you headed for vacation? I'm looking forward to a meet up with you still.... It may have to be in September so I can plan on a little or a lot of shopping, getting our kiddos back to school is costing an arm and a leg and 2 of our rental houses are empty this month.

Good morning! Great photo AV - a happy summer family photo! I have no particular plans for the weekend outside of a visit to the farmers market, but the temperatures will be a bit cooler, and I'm very excited about that!
QOTD: I used to nick myself behind the knee, but these days it's more likely to be the front of my shin where the skin is thin. I wear long pants most of the time, so shaving isn't a big deal for me.
B: chicken thigh
L: ham and garden tomatoes
D: salmon and avocado
S: zuchinni, blueberries
Cal - 903, carb-52, protein-97
I bought some pork rinds yesterday, thinking they'd be a real treat. They were so light and crispy and smelled wonderful, but they sat in my stomach like a rock. Too bad - they had potential.
Enjoy your weekend!
