What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
Happy Friday! I'm just about to head out to the chiropractor. My long time obesity have really messed up my back. I'm posting a picture today of the nerve scan they did last week. The chiro said : 'Boy you are really messed up' lol. I've been putting off taking care of my back issues for more than a decade. So, as I've promised myself, it's time to take care of me. QOTD : I always cut myself near the ankles and it really stings. You'd think we would have mastered this by now. I also usually find a strip at the back of my leg that I missed LOL. Oh, and I did my zombie walk and evaded those suckers.
Menu today :
B- scrambled eggs with slice of cheese, coffee with light cream
S- prosciutto and cheese roll
L - grilled chicken breast and fresh tomato
S- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
D - leftovers from last night (chicken sausage)
S - greek yogurt, 1/2 cup cherries
Total : 964 Protein : 97 Carbs : 65 Fat : 45

We are going hiking tomorrow and I will share some photos , 4000 foot peak, supposedly great views , e have rain in our forecast though! boo!
QOTD - I am fortunate that I do not seem to cut myself while shaving. ( Check on Monday, I will be the guy with the big bandaid on his face...LOL)
B - Quest bar
S - Almonds, slice of turkey, slice of provolone
L - left over ribeye
S - slice of turkey, provolone
D - cabbage roll casserole
S - cukes and tomatoes from garden.
Calories - 900
Exercise - 90 minutes at gym , 45 cardio and 45 weight training.
Nothing says Friday like a bathroom selfie, I do not always feel lean, but today I feel lean and mean!
