What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
I am jealous of your arms. See the picture above for a sad comparison. Used to I never wore short sleeves because it made me self conscious. Now a wear what's comfortable and sometimes it's a conversation starter. I've had people ask me questions who were contemplating weight loss surgery because they could tell I had lost a lot of weight. I'll take saggy, wrinkly arms over being tired and miserable and an extra 150 pounds any day!
Hopefully you are going to turn that corner any minute now! Hang in there!

to be able to heal - you need to eat 2500-4000 cal per day. Proteins and fat.. avocado, full fat milk; full fat greek yogurt, cheese, nuts, eggs, and some meat.. with added fat..(avocado? lol)

Thank you Hala for your input, wisdom and always kind reminders. I can handle sitting/driving for about 5 minutes, so I had run up to Target and got supplies, milk yogurt eggs and even 2 ribeye steaks. Because the car seat is adjustable I can make it work. I said today all I need is a Victorian fainting couch and I'd be in business:)

Good morning all. Not feeling it today, I think I have a bad case of plantar fasciatis in my freakin booted foot. Feels like a rock under my arch and I can barely walk. I have been up since 3:00 a.m. with this. At first I thought just a cramp, tried rubbing it out, tried the the tonic water (Oh that stuff is horrid), if I didn't have to work i would have take a muscle relaxer. Tried ice, tried heat, tried warm water soak, used my little rubber foot roller that I had from the last time I had this which was nothing compared to the pain I am in today. I have an appointment at 1:30 today. Of course I never realized how many times I need to be up and down on my job, I'm holding walls and furniture walking around, i'ma gonna need me some crutches. Sedentary my ASS!
