What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
Praying for you to feel better during the trip. Make sure you are drinking plenty and eating moist food. At 4 years out I still can't eat dry ground turkey. I have to add some sort of sauce like a Carolina BBQ sauce which has mustard as a base or salsa or no sugar added spaghetti sauce. Ground turkey is just really dry.
Happy Friday peeps! Love the pic Kristen, you all look great. Good luck with the harvest this weekend...hoping for lots of honey! Long weekend coming up since I am working from home Monday morning and then taking the rest of the day off and all day Tuesday off. I have a hair appt tomorrow and lunch with a great friend Sunday and maybe Em and I will hit a movie or something one of the days I am off.
QOTD: OUCH, you made me cringe just thinking about the sting of a nick. I have not a clue what active botanicals are...opposite of inactive ones...hahahaha!

S: SF latte, 100 calorie Yoplait strawberry cheesecake Greek yogurt, pork rinds and ½ pepperoni stick
D: Albacore tuna, ½ boiled egg, shredded cheddar cheese on top of lettuce with avocado cilantro dressing, some baby carrots and SF jello
E: 45 mins stationary stepper this morning and elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track

Hi Emie ! I notice our cardio is similar, I also do weight training and have noticed I am hungrier. Do you find this an issue at all?

QOTD: Since I went through menopause I no longer need to shave my legs.....and the bonus of my arm surgery is I no longer have any underarm hair or need deodorant... be jealous...
Goal for weekend: Being able to sit. You don't realize how you take sitting on your bum for granted. Since my flying Walynda act in the beginning of the week I can only lay down or stand. If I don't blow this popsicle joint soon I am going to lose my mind...
Surgeon says I need to eat and drink more.... If I had someone to serve me it would help....sick of my own whining. He is right, even with trying to eat a lot yesterday I was down 2lbs this morning....
