Good morning everyone. It's a gloomy day here in Illinois but Lily and I did 2.5 miles at the park before we got soaked. I will probably take a short walk this evening after dinner as well. Cutting back a bit on the exercise because my weight is down and am also adding another small snack today. Post op 47 months and weight at 116 today. QOTD I knick myself maybe once every couple months and it's usually on my shin. I too have really ugly veins since I've lost weight. Here's the food plan for today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 1 c chili D 31/2 oz ground beef patty 1/2 c mixed veggies S string cheese in the afternoon and mission one chocolate brownie protein bar. Weekend plans are camping again so may be gone til Wednesday afternoon but not sure. Have a great weekend everyone and make some smart choices!

And to think I used to only wear black. Now I rarely wear it as I got my fill during my 52 years of being Obese! Although I do have a cute black and white diagonal striped pencil skirt that I wear to church. I wore it last week and 4 people told me how nice I looked. I didn't tell them the skirt wasc3 years old and came from the clearance rack at Target!

If someone compliments what I'm wearing I always tell them where I got it. A coworker told me last week she liked my dress and I was like "Goodwill! $6!". LOL

I love Goodwill. I have a skirt and sweater that I bought at Goodwill that I always get compliments on. The total outfit cost 7 dollars and was originally from Kohls.

Hi AV and gang,

I already posted in the forum about this, but I'll complain a bit more. I feel like such **** I posted yesterday that I thought I was sick, but the nausea I had after eating yesterday was horrid. I leave tomorrow on a seven day road trip and I'm nervous about how I'm going to feel.

Here's my plan for today: I'm going to do all shakes to give my pouch a rest. I'm going to pick up a lot of premixed shakes at WM today to take on the trip. I will call my doc here pretty soon and see if I can get some Zofran for the trip. And I'm going to keep close track of my fluid intake today to make sure I'm getting enough. I'll take prayers or chickens for my trip!

Qotd: I haven't cut myself shaving in years. One of my daughters was watching me shave recently and she asked me how I could shave so fast without getting cut. I told her I'd been shaving for 48 years. (I'm 48, lol.)
