Allulose
I do not dump, but after eating my first Quest bar recently, I learned that my system will completely clear itself out afterwards. For hours. Unpleasant.
I have had the same reaction to Aldi brand sugar free popsicles too

I used to dump on the old recipe of Quest bars.. really dump.. the new one - horrible gas and bloat.. and constipation after... and RH...so the "new" recipe is a crap for me also..
as for the "new sugar" - it will be another SA.. and just because it is "natural" it doesn't mean is safe.. or should be consider safe; only time will tell.
tobacco is natural,so is opium, or weed.. or wiper venum...

"Of course, there's a but. The reason allulose isn't digested is because our bodies lack the necessary enzymes to break the stuff down once it reaches the gut. Which means that if you down more than a few tablespoons, you'll probably be in for some major stomach issues, Shelke says. Think: bloating, gas, and the same general abdominal awfulness that would happen if someone with lactose intolerance chugged a big glass of milk.

That's not all. Allulose is "generally recognized as safe" but considering that the FDA makes GRAS designations based on studies conducted by the manufacturer, that in itself isn't particularly reassuring. And experts like Shelke agree that more research is needed before we can really understand how allulose affects the body. "We know that what we eat and the amounts affect our microbiome. Those effects can be immediate, like diarrhea, or they can be longer-term and cause other issues," says Shelke. As to what those issues might be? "Only time, careful observation, and transparency can tell," she says.
Put more directly: If at any point in the near future, you see a commercial with a slim, bikini-clad woman happily sprinkling Dolcia Prima into her iced tea while she eats a cupcake by the pool (because with a name like that, you totally know it's gonna happen), you might be better off just changing the channel."
