You shut your mouth.  LOL  Show tunes are not silly!  Do you have Sirius radio?  Their On Broadway channel is the BEST!

And 'right?' about the caramel fudge pretzel?  *drools*

So glad you slept! Hoorah!

QOTD: Guilty pleasure books would've been easier for me because I so love historical romance. Not super-smut, but a little smut. Anyway, I digress--I guess my guilty pleasure music would be country. Not the new-fangled stuff, but 90's country. Garth Brooks, George Strait, you know. I grew up on that stuff.

I do a mean Garth Brooks, The Dance is one of my favorites. I always sing it for a buddy of mine that passed away 2 days prior to my WLS surgery. He had lost a leg to diabetes, had a kidney transplant and was just a healthy mess. I think of him daily and he helps to keep me focused and on track.

Good morning,

So glad the melatonin is helping you AV.  I'm definitely going to give it a whirl.

QOTD:  I will sing along with just about anything, but give me a cheesy 70's song like "Afternoon Delight"  or "Shake your Bootie" and I'm 16 years old again.  I believe I have mentioned this before, when I'm in my car singing along, I sound amazing!  These days it I'm usually listening to oldies or country music.

Time since surgery:  15+ months

B:  1 egg, 1 turkey sausage patty

L:  More leftover steak and roasted zucchini, peppers & onions

D: Chicken,

S:  Dannon L&F Greek Strawberry Cheesecake, cheddar stick

Awww "Afternoon Delight" - brings back memories of "helping" (i.e. sitting on a blanket on the corner of the field) my hubby (high-school sweetheart at the time) make hay.  He helped his dad out farming at the time - he was 18 and I was 15.  My what memories.

Surgery Date June 3, 2016

HW: 329 W at first consult 290. SW 238, LW 128, CW 139

AV glad you are getting sleep.

I went to the doctor yesterday, they took me off my blood pressure medicine. So far I haven't had an episode of low blood pressure. She also wants me to upped my calories by 200 a day. I'm not sure about that. She said it could be protein so I might have to change my lunch to just meat.

I'm going to the beach later on. It's supposed to be 90 today in Michigan.

B I had couple of coffees because I wouldn't have it later on. Egg whites ham and cheese omelet  and string cheese.

L ham and cheese on a slimwich bread, sliced cucumbers  and a tropical fruit cup.

D ribeye steak and squash

S light and fit Greek yogurt with chia seeds and apple

Everyone have a good day
