What's On Your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
UGH My post op appointments are always in the afternoon, every damn time, since we dont get to pick when they are!
YAY FOR SLEEP!!! I am so glad the melatonin is helping!
QOTD: Guilty pleasure music, huh? Well I am HUGE into show tunes, but I don't hide that, anyone who knows me knows this. I will jam out to pretty much anything, no embarrassment! I mean the other day I played MMBop by Hanson for my kids and rocked that ****! HAHAHA

I bought and tried the Bolthouse Farms avocado cilantro dressing, I HATED IT!! I love me some avocados, so I was really hopeful. Even my husband didn't like it, and he pretty much eats anything.
My legs are still killing me from LEG DAY on Tuesday, yikes. But tonight will be elliptical and whatever is on the schedule for strength. I can't remember lol
try the Bolthouse Mango Chipolte dressing, I can almost drink that stuff it is just that good!
Music, Aerosmith or Guns and Roses and I can sing and dance with the best of them! lol
I'm glad to hear the melatonin is helping. Hubby has been taking it for the last few months and it seems to help him too. I don't really have any guilty pleasure music because I pretty much sing along to anything that's on regardless of who'S there. As hubby says,I have no filter. If I am driving in my car you can definitely bet that I'm singing along with the radio. Gloomy foggy day here in Illinois so far. Lily and I did 2.2 miles this morning and I'll walk some more after supper. I'm cutting back a bit because my body has decided to lose weight again and I'must at 116.4 this morning wHich is considered underweight I believe. I may need to add in a second small snack just to get a few more calories too. I'll have to see if cutting back will stop the trend or not. Let's suffice it to say I won't be wearing my light clothes at my appointment on the 29th! Post op 47 months and weight at 116.4 today. Here's the food plan B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 1 c chili with grated cheese D 1/2 c scrambled egg with cheese and a piece of grilled ham (didn't eat this the other night so here it is again) S mission 1 chocolate chip cookie protein bar. Have a great day everyone and make some spectacular choices!
I wanted to thank you for your recommendation about the Mission 1 bars. I bought the chocolate chip cookie dough at Walmart last week and they are really good!
