Can't say it enough to the newbies how important documenting these achievements is. Take lots and lots of pictures along the way. I look at mine all the time. It keeps me up when I'm feeling down.

Changes happen so fast you gotta catch them as they happen, because WE ourselves have the hardest time seeing how different looking we get in a such very short time. The first 6mths is crazy !!!!!
