Thank you for having the (I really want to say balls here) guts to intervene! That lady was probably so scared!

People today are such asses.

I can't go to Walmart without someone irritating me to no end... so I've quit shopping there 90% of the time. Not just for this reason, but it's just the icing on the cake. It seems like the larger population of people that shop there have lost their common sense, manners, and class. I just can't do it anymore.

Yes its mid week Yahoo!!  How is everyone's Summer going so far?  Its August 3rd so technically we have one month of summer left so enjoy it all!!

Morning everyone, I am happy and in a good mood today! Not sure if its directly related to the fact that I did an epic workout last night and I have some serious endorphin's running around in my body LOL I did a 60 minute step class then 5.5 kms on the treadmill at the gym came home grabbed my dogs and took them for a hike!  And I am going to state the OBVIOUS here, if you are busy you are not mindlessly snacking.  Evenings are hard for me and I want to snack... but by keeping myself so busy & preoccupied at the gym I was not in the kitchen looking in the fridge for something yummy to jump out at me.  Its so simple yet it seems so hard to do... keep busy!

Chassibi's QOTD: Like others its co workers that you have to tell them the same thing over and over and over. So what I do now is if that person comes and asks me the same question that I have already answered I question them back and say "what did I say last time to you and did you write it down?"  Usually that works!  Also people who have conversations on their speaker phone... ummmmm we all don't want to hear about your weekend psycho, take that damn phone off speaker!!!

Oh, this is so true, I'm going crazy in the evenings, I can't take this boot off and I'm restless, but can't go for a long walk, I can't ride the stationary bike, and I can't go to the gym.  So every evening around 6:30 I get in the car and drive for an hour or more.  Sometimes I will do an errand or two, but mostly I drive.   When I don't, I'm scouting around looking for snacks and eating things that I shouldn't.  It's driving me crazy!
