What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning menu gang! I am super excited this morning. When I weighed in this morning I have lost 100.2 pounds!!!! I am going to get my nails done as a treat and may go buy me a pair of shoes
QOTD- Before my surgery my beverage of choice was a room temperature 20 oz. Pepsi in a screw top bottle.(I miss them terribly) Now I only drink water with a squirt of lemon or unsweet tea.
Time since surgery 4.5 months
B- Premier Protein Shake
L- 2 oz. Baked Turkey breast with green beans
D- 2 oz. Hamburger patty and a few bites of a spring salad
S- Babybel mozzarella cheese
