What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Glad to see a new person post. I am 4 years post op and post here everyday if I have access to Internet. I believe the truth of Ben Franklin when he said,"By failing to prepare you are preparing to fail." I don't always eat what is on my menu as hubby is retired and sometimes we are away from home at mealtime so the plan changes. But when there is no plan,I grab what's handy and not always what is best. It has worked for me as I've lost 150 pounds and kept it off over 3 years.

I am glad to hear you are moving in the right direction with the sleep study. I hope you get the answers you are looking for.
QOTD - ( I love Vodka as well! LOL) I drink about 64 oz of water a day and then a bottle or two of Crystal light as well. I have been known to have a SF pop or two to supplement on those hot days and I always share with my dog, she loves them!
Time Since surgery - 20 month +
B - 2 HB eggs
S - almonds and slice of turkey/provolone
L - Meatloaf ( stuffed with salami and provolone)
S - slice of turkey and provolone
D - Grilled shrimp and cukes
Post gym snack - Pure protein shake.

Exercise - I decided I am going to grow some muscle, looking to increase my weights by 10 pounds a month, wish me luck. 90 minutes at the gym, 30 minutes cardio and 60 minutes weight training.
