The dreaded Stall!!! Any words of Advice
Hello All,
I hit the 6 month mark and I am now going on week 3 of a stall. Im not sure what to do if anything but needed someone to vent as I am 10 pounds away from hitting the 100 pounds lost. I work out 5 times a week and take 2 15 minute walks while at work everyday. I get about 70 grams of protein a day. I measure my food and not calories but on average I believe I get about 800 calories in a day.
I know this happens and I am grateful for how this procedure has changed my life. But I will ask the question is there anything I can do to help break this stall.
Any advice would be great.
Thanks
You can never be certain what's going on without tracking calories. Log every one. If you are truly getting 800, then just keep doing what you are doing. You will lose. If your calories have crept up, keep them in line.

Thanks for the response, I do have it in my app and some does are low around 500 and the highest was 800. Over the next couple week I will be extra diligent.
Thanks again
My advice is to ignore people who say there are stalls. Protein forward, healthy fats, low carb, weigh only once a week... and you will continue to lose. I never had a stall following this advice. A pause is not a stall....
